Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. While we don’t offer refunds or returns, we’re happy to exchange items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that sale items, gift cards, personal care products, custom orders, and perishable goods cannot be exchanged. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at info@madamecoco.jo and we’ll make it right.
